# Payables and aging

> See what you owe suppliers, by age and by supplier, plan the coming week's outflow, and export the payables report.

**Purchasing → Payables** (called **What I Owe** in Simple mode) lists every supplier you owe, splits the amount by how long the bills have been outstanding, and shows what falls due in the next seven days.

## Reading the report

- **Total Payables** — everything you owe right now.
- **Payables Distribution** — the share that is current versus overdue by age.
- **Upcoming Outflow** — the total due within the next 7 days; **View Schedule** lists the bills.
- **The table** — one row per supplier with purchase count and the amount per age bucket. Filter to a single supplier with **All suppliers**.
