# Billing and plans

**Settings → Billing & Plan** (owner only) shows your current plan, trial status and payment details.

## Plans

| Plan | Who | Price |
|---|---|---|
| **Free** | Businesses using LithosPOS or another OneBooks partner application | Free, forever — the full product. |
| **Starter** | Everyone else | A flat monthly price in your local currency, after a 14-day free trial. |

There are no feature cuts between plans and no per-invoice limits. AI credits are included in both; higher allowances may come with future plans. See [Credits and limits](https://docs.getonebooks.com/ai/credits/).

## Managing your subscription

- Start the trial without a card; add a card before the trial ends to keep working.
- **Manage subscription** opens the secure billing portal to change the card, download invoices or cancel.
- Cancelling keeps your data readable until the end of the paid period; export it any time — [Import and export](https://docs.getonebooks.com/data/import-export/).
