Other countries
Choose any country at sign-up. OneBooks knows the currency, its decimal places, the local tax name and the standard rate for every country, and configures the business accordingly. Statutory e-invoicing and return formats exist only for the markets with their own pages (Saudi Arabia, India); everywhere else you file from the generic tax report.

Adjusting the setup
Section titled “Adjusting the setup”- Tax name and rate — Settings → Business Profile and Settings → Tax Settings; add reduced and zero rates as needed.
- Tax-inclusive pricing — Settings → Tax Settings.
- Language — English, Arabic, Spanish or French from the header; documents print in the language of your print template.

If your country’s rate changes
Section titled “If your country’s rate changes”Add the new rate under Settings → Tax Settings, set it as the default, and update items whose default rate should change. Existing documents keep the rate they were issued with.
