Payables and aging
Purchasing → Payables (called What I Owe in Simple mode) lists every supplier you owe, splits the amount by how long the bills have been outstanding, and shows what falls due in the next seven days.
Reading the report
Section titled “Reading the report”- Total Payables — everything you owe right now.
- Payables Distribution — the share that is current versus overdue by age.
- Upcoming Outflow — the total due within the next 7 days; View Schedule lists the bills.
- The table — one row per supplier with purchase count and the amount per age bucket. Filter to a single supplier with All suppliers.
Acting on it
Section titled “Acting on it”- Pay a bill — Supplier payments.
- Dispute an amount with a debit note — Purchase returns.
- Check your cash position first — Cash flow.
